The Memorial Committee is responsible for the Memorial Tree located in the Fellowship Hall. A leaf is placed on the tree in someone's name once donations totaling $500.00 have been donated to the church in their name. The leaf can be placed as a memorial or it can be given in honorary. With a one time donation of $5000.00 or more a bronze rock is engaved and placed at the base of the tree.
The committeee is responsible for overseeing the spending of the memorial funds. In 20019-2010
funds were used to purchase 3 DVD's, 3 TV stands, a projector, and drapes for the stage in the gym.
The committee is open to any suggestions for future memorial fund purchases. Feel free to contact any member with your suggestion. The committee meets on an as needed basis.
